On Sunday, BVT Chartering und Logistics GmbH were successful in raising the Seute Deern, which had sunk in the Bremerhaven museum port.
Despite employing numerous powerful pumps, the attempt on Saturday had been unsuccessful due to an unexpected amount of water flowing back into the ship.
With the help of the THW (the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief), the number of pumps was increased considerably, which led to the success on Sunday.
