Over the past 4 weeks, the trainees at our subsidiary Stahlbau Nord have been working on a very special project with the help of master craftsmen.
A Christmas tree was made from old steel blanks - representative of our daily work.
Our subsidiary Arthur Friedrichs Industriebedarf produced small metal circles to decorate the tree, which feature the logos of our training companies, and Rupertus-Strako coated the tree so that it also shines in the dark. A star with the HR logo is enthroned at the top. A sign attached to the tree refers to our training program for 2024.
We were also allowed to set it up at the Bremerhaven Christmas market opposite the Stadtsparkasse bank. We started setting up the tree at 7:30 this morning and had it lit up at around 10:30.
We already have optimization ideas for next year and are looking forward to further implementation!
