On Friday, May 26, 2023 thyssenkrupp Marine Systems welcomed the Egyptian Navy to the Stahlbau Nord site in Bremerhaven to baptize and hand over the second MEKO A200 frigate "AL QAHHAR".
The over 121 meter long ship, whose type is one of the most powerful of its kind, was built by our subsidiary Stahlbau Nord under subcontract to thyssenkrupp Marine Systems.
