Transport of Lindeboxes by BVT CuL & Stahlbau Nord
From 25 May to 27 May 2019, BVT Chartering & Logistics GmbH used the floating cranes BHV ATHLET and SK 1 to transport three Lindeboxes from Bremerhaven to Bremen on behalf of Stahlbau Nord GmbH.
Annually, Stahlbau Nord builds a total of six boxes per lot. These boxes are assembled in Bremen.
This time, it was the fourth lot’s turn. The boxes were transported to the pier by a self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT). Two floating cranes transported two boxes per trip, making for a grand total of three trips.
