Windforce Conference 2024 at Stahlbau Nord - #strongertogether

This week, the annual Windforce Conference took place for the second time on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Stahlbau Nord site.

Among others, our managing partner Thorsten Rönner gave a welcoming speech and once again drew attention to the relevance of cooperation within the offshore industry - in line with the motto of the event #strongertogether. The offshore company currently being founded with partners Zech and Lürssen promises great things.

Exciting presentations and discussions about renewable energies kept the attendees listening with interest.

Arthur Friedrichs Industriebedarf and Pitzner Industrieservice were also represented with a stand where they presented their products and services.

The evening event with an exuberant dinner took place on Tuesday in one of the SBN halls. The eye-catcher of the evening, together with a bow thruster from a current shipbuilding project, was a brightly lit accommodation module for an offshore platform, which was manufactured by Stahlbau Nord.

We hope that the right partners have been found and that we can look forward to a positive development in the offshore sector next year.
